My biggest takeaway from this weekend was validation. I think so many coaches deal with imposter syndrome so much. With so many of us being athletes, the whole athlete brain and ego comes into our work as well, and even though I’ve been doing this for 12 years and through 72+ pregnancies, I think being here, hands-on with a group of women that are as passionate about coaching as I am, has been so validating, bouncing ideas off each other, considering and working through a wide variety of situations, because nothing we see is the exact same, is truly invaluable.

My biggest takeaway from this weekend was leaving knowing how to implement practical next steps into my business as soon as next week.

The biggest takeaway for me was looking at the multiple layers that are involved in coaching, beyond just the movements itself, which I think I was overly-focused on. It’s refreshing to be reminded about the nuance and complexity of coaching whole people, and being around Bri and this group of women, in person, who are all so passionate about coaching that it’s been so validating, making me feel confident with what I’m doing right now.
